Collecting seasonal ingredients, we serve gourmet meal offerings specially prepared by our head chef. We gather in the freshest ingredients along with each season of the year.
The evening meal is prepared to be eaten in one's room, while breakfast is served in the larger dining area. From the dining area one can also catch an unbroken view of the swiftly flowing Tamagawa river.

Counted from time immemorial as one of "Tama's Three Major Hot Springs," this very Matsuno Hot Spring is also called a hot spring of beauty.
One can enjoy the granite common bathing area in the outbuilding, and through a broad glass window from the bathtub one is able to view the verdant landscape of Okutama, in what is an extremely liberating environment. During such times as the cherry blossom viewing and autumn foliage season, the feeling is particularly sublime.
