Finally we could stay at a place which all of the family dreamed about. The room was even better than we had expected, with kind relaxing service. Particulary the spacious bathtub and delicious meals satisfied my father who is quite picky about foods. If possible, a handrail in the bathroom would be helpful and increase the user's safe feeling. Additionally mother said that she wants to visit in the green season again to view the scenery. I strongly want the family to return and explore the scenery in each season. I very much appreciated the staff for their attention to my mother who can not walk well. Thank you. And see you again. + More

I liked the hotel particularly because I did not have any trouble staying with a baby. The food was delicious and made the most of the original taste of the ingredients. Breakfast had no salty items and the volume was just right. I am deeply thankful for their serving rice porridge for the baby. It was tasty and a little surprise to have chocolate cake for desert in a Japanese style hot spring inn. Definitely I would love to visit again. + More
Utilizing my birthday holiday, I enjoyed an overnight stay at the annex. The gorgeous yet chic facilities and interior of the annex, the great service and delicious meals and other elements were satiffying beyond description. I want to stay more than two nights the next time to relax more. Thank you indeed for a special present on my birthday, I will remember it. + More
my favorite color is pink
I was completely satisfied with the trip! We usually eat very fast, but the staff served dishes just according to our eating pace, without any our instructions or explanations. I felt luxurious using new towels each time I used the hot springs, since many were prepared in the guest room. + More
It was our second trip to the hotel, and as satisfactory as the previous one. The kind service of the staff in charge of our guest room was very helpful. Having two small children, however, the hotel allocated us a corner room which prevented us from annoying other groups, which made me feel relieved. It made the difference for a party traveling with young kids and helped a lot. The dishes for children were as great as those for grown-ups. If I could have one request, I think an outside bath might be great in the large bath room, particulary for hot spring lovers like me. + More
