It was a very comfortable hotel. It was a family trip. We brought our son of one year and 9 months old. We all were able to refresh our minds. We could see the sea from our room, bathroom and restaurant. It must be a superb view if the weather is good. All the staffs were young, but all were very attentive so we could spend a lovely time. + More

We used it for a family reunion after such a long time. The accommodation and the food were both satisfying. I always use the Villa-Rakuen paradise but unfortunately this time was full so we came here. The lobby lounge was very beautiful. The employees seemed not to be accustomed but all of them were working very very hard. Unlike the Villa-Rakuen Paradise, the open-air bathroom was in a high place so we could enjoy a different view this time, which felt very good. There is only one thing to be pointed out. The table in the room was too small so it was hard to drink tea in family slowly. The dinner (my parents are of the elderly) was taken into consideration our requests, the quality and quantity was moderated adequately and everyone was able to enjoy a pleasant meal. Breakfast was in a compact place so we could take it enjoying a relaxing time. + More

Kyoto Ittoco
Despite the sudden reservation, we were able to spend a satisfying night. The employees were young and used a very strange polite language which was funny (they used polite language to even the food), but they were very cute working hardly. The compact room and the food were surprisingly (sorry) good. We kept talking about whether you have profits providing good services by this price. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious. Generally grilled fish becomes very dry minutes later it is cooked in other hotels but your New Awaji-series fishes were all very juicy and delicious. Really speaking, I would really like to know what roaster you use. + More

We visited for our anniversary. We were very satisfied with the open-air bathroom that had a great movie of the sea. The staffs attention was good and the meals were all delicious. Other near hot-springs can be used as well, but is inconvenient because you have to walk a little. This is the only point we could complain. We would really like to visit you again. + More

We were able to slowly relax in the calm atmosphere. The Open-air bath in the room was big enough and the temperature was adequate all 24 hours. We got very satisfied with it. The food was also delicious and the timing it was served was perfect. In the buffet-style breakfast there were a variety of dishes to choose so we could enjoy as much as we could. Satisfied in every point. + More
